Anyways he does his version of Hov's new single Empire State Of Mind which I find odd because... do I really need to say why? Jay is not featured anywhere on this but Alicia is still on the hook while Snoop drops three verses. Now the quality is poor in my opinion but to anyone wondering this is not the radio rip, it just sound that way so check this and shouts to Splash.
